The complete line-up of the 63rd Festival has been announced At the 63rd Locarno Festival an Excellence Award Moët & Chandon will be awarded to the French actress Chiara Mastroianni. At the 63rd Locarno Festival a Pardo d'onore Swisscom will be awarded to the Chinese director JIA Zhang-ke. This year the Locarno will launch its first Industry Days, 7 - 9 August 2010 In an interview new artistic director Olivier Père outlines his vision of the Festival and ambitions for the future at Locarno. The retrospective of the 63rd Festival will be dedicated to the German-American director Ernst Lubitsch.
